An evaluation license is required to use the software in evaluation mode. Commercial use of ACOPOS for Simulink with an evaluation license is not permitted.

Commercial use takes place if the developed Matlab/Simulink program (Matlab-Script, Simulink-Simulation) using ACOPOS for Simulink is sold or made available to a third party with or without the goal of realizing profit, inspected or modified.
Commercial use also takes place when this software is used to create applications using features made possible by the software (software libraries, programming aids, etc.).
